Julia Phillips began working with TOON Books in August of 2007. She is a graduate of Barnard College, where she studied Creative Writing and
Russian, and hails from gorgeous and glamorous suburban New Jersey, where she whiled away her childhood loitering in mall arcades and the
parking lots of the A&P.
